Durante tres d\u00edas, el evento estar\u00e1 abierto al p\u00fablico de <strong>11:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m.<\/strong>, con una amplia variedad de <strong>opciones VIS y No VIS<\/strong> para quienes sue\u00f1an con tener vivienda propia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta edici\u00f3n de la feria, los asistentes encontrar\u00e1n proyectos que van desde los <strong>135 hasta los 150 salarios m\u00ednimos mensuales legales vigentes (SMMLV)<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, para quienes buscan <strong>Viviendas de Inter\u00e9s Social (VIS)<\/strong>, existen <strong>incentivos especiales<\/strong>, como la <strong>exenci\u00f3n del impuesto predial durante 10 a\u00f1os<\/strong> para <strong>j\u00f3venes entre 18 y 35 a\u00f1os<\/strong> y <strong>pensionados por vejez<\/strong> que adquieran vivienda nueva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los aliados clave de esta iniciativa es el <strong>Fondo Nacional del Ahorro (FNA)<\/strong>, que ofrece <strong>asesor\u00eda personalizada en ahorro voluntario<\/strong> para ayudar a completar la cuota inicial. Una de las principales ventajas para quienes se vinculan con el FNA es la posibilidad de <strong>acceder a un cr\u00e9dito bajo modalidad 90\/10<\/strong>: el Fondo financia el 90% del valor de la vivienda y el comprador solo debe aportar el 10% como cuota inicial, especialmente para <strong>Vivienda de Inter\u00e9s Prioritario (VIP)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Natali Bernal<\/strong>, representante de <strong>Camacol Bol\u00edvar<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 a <strong>Cartagena Al D\u00eda<\/strong> que esta feria representa una gran oportunidad para los ciudadanos. \u201cAqu\u00ed tienen la posibilidad de comparar proyectos, recibir asesor\u00eda financiera y aprovechar los beneficios vigentes para adquirir su casa propia en Cartagena o Turbaco\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este espacio no solo busca facilitar el acceso a la vivienda, sino tambi\u00e9n promover el desarrollo urbano y la inversi\u00f3n responsable en la regi\u00f3n.
